Add GIF from Giphy with /giphy

So often I want to do what I can do on other apps to add a gif. Just want to type /giphy and then be able to search for the gif I’m looking for. Right now I have to go to giphy. Work out how to download the GIF file and then convert it from webp if I can’t. It’s a pain.
