Add Twitter links in next tweet but keep them in the same post for others

One thing I do all the time is create a post with some copy and would like to add a link to the article.

With Twitter I always add the link in the next tweet so I won't get penalized and then for the other networks I un-sync them and move the link in the post.

It seems something that we could automate.
