Allow custom Scheduled Retweet defaults

12h auto-retweet defaults are pretty long and might not be what I want(I usually want around 6h), which means editing every tweet for automatic retweets
Also, allow it to be on by default on all tweets
Allowing it to be on by default and set at a custom default time would significantly reduce forgetting to use this feature
