Allow "manually" scheduling for long form posts with formatting

I'm aware that the API is not making it possible to schedule posts with formatting, but I would LOVE to be able to schedule them and then receive a notification (email, push, NTFY…) whenever I'm supposed to manually publish it.

I have a bunch of formatted drafts that I always forget to publish and this feature would solve it right away.

Just to be clear of the flow:

1. I draft a long form post with formatting

2. I schedule it the same as any post, maybe with an alert or icon that shows that that post will not be posted automatically

3. When the scheduled time comes, I receive a notification via email, X direct message (not sure if you have access to that with the API) or push notification via NTFY or other

4. I use the existing copy-paste flow to post the tweet manually
