Hi Typefully team,
I’d love to see a campaign management feature that helps teams organize, track, and reuse social media posts created for recurring launches.
Our use case is promoting courses that run regularly, often once a year. The course and its promotional messaging may not change significantly between cohorts, so we want to reuse or adapt successful posts from previous launches.
Ideally, Typefully would allow us to:
Create a campaign for a product, course, event, or other initiative.
Create separate campaign iterations, such as “AI Engineering Buildcamp 2025” and “AI Engineering Buildcamp 2026,” while keeping them connected to the same course.
Assign drafts, scheduled posts, and published posts to a campaign.
Filter or search posts by campaign, course, launch, or topic.
Duplicate any published post into a new draft directly from search results or the post view.
Copy selected posts from a previous campaign into a new campaign for editing and rescheduling.
Define UTM parameters at the campaign level and automatically add them to links used in campaign posts.
View campaign-level performance, including post engagement and, where possible, link clicks grouped by UTM parameters.
Right now, reusing an older post is difficult. The “Copy into draft” option is available when a post is found in the calendar, but not when you open the same post through search. For an old campaign, this means scrolling far back through the calendar and manually finding every post.
