Convert @ mentions to hashtags on LinkedIn

@ mentions only work on Twitter. Automatically convert @ to # on LinkedIn will allow the post to be more visible.

For example, if I mention @Wise on Twitter, on Linkedin, it would appear as #Wise hashtag.
