Double the accounts in Starter plan

In the starter plan increase accounts to 2 for non-native English speakers, who have two Twitter handles, one in their native language and one in English. The creator plan (5 accounts) is overpriced for them, since they will only use 2 and logging in/out of Typefully to use each account is cumbersome.
