Emoji scroll bug

Hey, not really a feature request. In the past, when you used the colon to bring up an emoji, you could scroll through the list with the keyboard to choose the one you wanted, but now that is not working. The cursor goes below the visible line, and you cannot see the other options. The list is not scrolling. Please seem my attached GIF of what I mean.
