Link to scheduled tweets in new drafts (before they are posted)

After scheduling a bunch of tweets, I sometimes need to create a new thread where I explain stuff and on each tweet I quote another tweet I published before.
As it is right now, I can't do this and have to wait until all the initial tweets are published to compose and schedule the summary thread.
A challenge you may face is that the summary thread can't be scheduled for a time that's previous to the linked/quoted tweets times.
