List of Mentions Mapping

Would be great to have the ability to have the ability to create a mapping of mentions for different platforms for the same “identity”.

For example - if I want to tag @meta on X and it’s called @metaHQ on BlueSky and @meta_HQ on Threads, it should automatically replace the mentions in the different versions posted to the different platforms.

Typefully should give us the ability to maintain such a list of mappings for frequently used mentions.
