Lock content and posts to prevent accidental edits

Sometimes, when writing threads, I find myself going back and forth between tweets, and it could sometimes cause that I accidentally press something or edit a tweet that is "ok" to be posted.

It might be good to prevent those accidental tweets by locking a tweet into read-only mode
