Make it easier to spot tweets that are too long

When Typefully detects a tweet that is too long, its not quick to find which tweet is the tweet that has broken the character limit. It would be great if you could easily jump to this in the UI.
In addition, when there is a Tweet in an already scheduled tweet, only a subset of the thread will go out, rather then holding off publishing the whole thread.
