Make new draft from current tweet

Keyboard shortcut/menu item per tweet in a draft that takes that tweet, creates a new draft, moves it there, then removes it from the current draft/thread.

I often find I will be working on a larger draft and write something I would like to have be standalone instead.

Copy/paste works of course. But, you know, wouldn't be software if users didn't ask for all the things and feature bloat!
