Post ideas vs. drafts

Would be awesome if I had an area where I can save my "ideas" that are not quite ready to be posts… kinda like a place to collect data, info, etc… and this could have a direct flow that makes it into a post (for example, select some of the data points and move it to the post).

Don't wanna over-complicate it, just feels like drafts is very committal
