Publish to Substack Notes

Substack just introduced Notes, which could be used as an alternative to Twitter, or at least a more personal way to engage with your audience/other writers.

I personally wouldn't want to publish a tweet as a Substack post (that's why I'm creating this as a different request), but I would as a Note, given how there are supposed to be shorter.
