Remove or indicate that a Tweet is deleted in growth stats when it's deleted on Twitter

Growth analytics would be more useful if the deleted Tweets were not mixed in with currently published tweets.
I use the stats page to find Tweets I want to remove, but because there's no indication that they were previously deleted then it creates extra work.
Would be great if deleted Tweets were perhaps greyed-out and displayed separately from published tweets. Would be good to still see them so I can see patterns in what's not working.
