Schedule by Topic

As an author, I want to have separate schedulers for different topics and use the "next free slot" feature for slot dedicated to a topic.

Example:

• I want to shitpost 2 times a day.

• I want to write useful tweets about coding once a day.

Right now, if I want to add a series of coding tips, I would need to setup the time manually, otherwise it would fill all the available slot of each single day.
