Send Posts to Custom API Endpoint

When I'm posting to X, it would be incredible if I could also send that data to my own servers. This way, I can cross post to Discord, Telegram, and also put something on my home page. I like to post mini-articles on X as it has been working really well. If I could add a new integration that was my own API, that would be amazing. I think many developers (who also use Typefully like me) would love this feature. So much utility!
