Setting for auto-splitting posts and still sync

My typically workflow is: I create a LinkedIn post. I repost to X, Bluesky, Threads.

Before I can click on schedule I need to go into all of the platforms, disable syncing, auto-split.

I'd love a way to either:

• still sync and autosplit automatically

• schedule and it auto-syncs and disables syncing at that point
