Suggestion to add specific time queues (minute/second-based) for scheduled posts

Instead of building a queue off of incremental time blocks, this suggestion includes a feature to set your exact queue times (ie. 11:11am, 2:22pm, 5:55pm, and 7:38pm on weekdays.. and 1:11am and 2:22pm on weekends)

This is really granular, but this would allow for more precise and natural posting times for set queues. For example, I want to post on certain days at certain times due to the numerology of when the best time do do something is.
