Turn off double-enter to add tweet

Turn off the double-enter-creates-a-new-tweet shortcut.

Cmd+Enter is plenty easy for when another tweet in a thread is what I want.

I mostly write long form posts now, not threads, and I like to add multiple empty lines when writing to help me organize my thoughts, but then it creates new tweets all over the place.

Fighting the double-enter thing is frustrating.
