UI indication when only one draft version is edited

A user mentioned that when they edit and publish a draft passed from a teammate, they sometimes miss that other versions of the draft (created for different platforms) already exist. As a result, those copies are left unmodified.

They suggested adding a helpful UI indication or pop-up that alerts the user when only one out of multiple versions of a draft has been edited. This would reduce mistakes and ensure consistency across all platform copies.
