Uploads folder to reuse media

It will be useful to reuse uploaded media (photos or videos).

Sometimes when I write a long thread, I accidentally deleted a post along with all the photos and videos inside it. It will be useful to have a permanent place for uploaded media so that I can just reuse it instead of uploading the whole thing again.

Plus, it will save Typefully storage cost, too 😉

I attached X's media gallery for reference. It used to be a great tool until Musk ruins it (its so unreliable nowadays).
