URL to open a specific account (Creator plan)

An URL that allows to automatically pass an action or to open Typefully with one specific account (for people who manage multiple accounts).
Something like https://typefully.com/?account={TwitterHandle}&new={yourcontenthere} or just https://typefully.com/?open={TwitterHandle}.
